Das Zweite Deutsche Fernsehen konnte mit gestörten Servern am 4.Juli seine Internet-Präsenz nicht bedienen. Der Satellitenempfang war ebenfalls gestört. Über Kabel und DVB-T war der Sender aber empfangbar.  Online erschien ein Hinweis: "Die ZDFmediathek steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck an einer Problemlösung, so dass wir Ihnen baldmöglichst wieder den gewohnten Service bieten können."
